Estimates
Prices on this site are 2026 ranges for the Grand Strand so you can budget. The price you pay is the written, itemized estimate you receive after an on-site measurement, and it's good for the period stated on it (normally 30 days). An estimate is not a contract until you've approved it in writing and the work is scheduled.
Who does the work
Concrete work arranged through this site is performed by independent, insured crews carrying general liability and workers' compensation insurance and holding the local business license and state residential contractor credentials the jurisdiction requires. The certificate of insurance for the crew performing your work is available before you sign. See our referral marketing disclosure.
Permits, inspections and HOAs
We identify and pull the permit the road owner or building department requires — City of Myrtle Beach, Horry County, SCDOT, North Myrtle Beach, Conway, Surfside Beach, the Town of Pawleys Island or Georgetown County — and schedule its inspections; permit fees appear on the estimate. Homeowners' association approvals are the owner's to obtain; we supply the drawings. Flood-zone and stormwater rules are followed as written and we do not place fill the jurisdiction has not approved.
Payment
No deposit is due until you've approved the written price and the work is scheduled. Residential work is normally paid on completion; larger foundation jobs may be staged at the footing and slab inspections, stated on the estimate.
